About Job Fairs Now

Job Fairs Now was founded in 2010, but our recruiting roots go back more than 20 years. Long before large community job fairs became common, our founder began organizing hiring events while working in the newspaper industry, helping connect employers with qualified candidates throughout West Texas.

Since then, we've organized hundreds of recruiting events and helped employers hire thousands of employees across the energy, industrial, skilled trades, office, administrative, and entry-level sectors. After building one of the region's largest job fair companies, we sold a large portion of the business and now focus on select hiring events and our online job board, providing year-round employment opportunities for job seekers and recruiting solutions for employers.

Over the past two decades, we've met thousands of individuals searching for work, changing careers, overcoming setbacks, or looking for a fresh start. Those experiences shaped our purpose. We've never believed a job fair should simply collect resumes, make a profit, and move on. From the beginning, our mission has been to give back to the communities that have supported us.

That commitment led to the creation of Prosperity Employment Outreach, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides career coaching, workforce training, resume assistance, interview preparation, and employment resources to individuals facing employment and educational barriers.

Today, Job Fairs Now continues that same mission, connecting employers with qualified candidates while investing in the long-term success of the people behind every resume.
